Personal Posture Analysis
This 60-minute session with a Certified Personal Trainer will assess your muscular strength, flexibility, balance, movement, and posture to identify muscle imbalances, joint dysfunction and instability.
The trainer will use the results to create a customized personal training program to correct these imbalances and improve your muscle function for a pain-free life. Please note, the follow-up personal training sessions are not included in the price of the assessment. We strongly suggest purchasing a minimum of 2 follow-up training sessions (offered at a discounted rate). This additional purchase allows your personal trainer to show you corrective exercises and progressions, so you will see long-term benefits.
