Playing a sport is the perfect way to relieve stress. We offer programs and leagues year-round for adults. You and your friends can register as a team or try our new free agent registration! For more information on any of these adult offerings, please call 651-450-2585.

Adult Programs & Sports

Fall

  • Pickleball Instruction - FULL for September sessions
  • Open Pickleball at the VMCC Gymnasium or outdoors
  • Adult Beginner Swim: Oct. 22-Dec. 17 (ages 14+): For adults looking to LEARN TO SWIM.
  • Basic First Aid & CPR (ages 13+)
  • Lifeguard Training: October session (ages 15+)
  • Daily & Specialty Fitness Classes
    • Yoga, Zumba, Barre, Muscle Mix, Water Exercise and so much more.

Winter 2022-23

Adult Leagues

Fall

  • Pickleball- a fun, semi-competitive league for teams of two players. Gold or Silver divisions. 
  • E-Sports Leagues: Oct. 3-Nov. 14 register by Sept. 28 (ages 8+)
    • Madden 22
    • Fortnite: 1v1 or 2v2
    • Rocket League: 1v1 or 3v3
    • Super Smash Bros
    • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  • Women's Volleyball Sept. 20-Nov. 29 League is not officiated; standings are recorded. Single elimination playoffs. Register by September 13. | Volleyball Rules (PDF)
  • Co-Rec Volleyball - Sept. 15-early Dec. Two levels of play; not officiated; standings are recorded. Single elimination playoffs. Register by September 8. | Volleyball Rules (PDF) 
  • Let's Go Bowling! - Sept. 17-Nov. 5 (ages 5+)

Winter 2022-23

  • Women's Volleyball - Jan. 10-early April. League not officiated; standings recorded. 16-18 games and double elimination playoffs. Winter registration will begin Dec. 1.
  • Co-Rec Volleyball - Jan. 12 early April. Two levels of play; not officiated; standings recorded. Double elimination playoffs. Winter registration will begin Dec. 1.

  • Adult Men's Slow Pitch Softball: Season runs April 28-End of July. Three divisions. Officiated league: Standings recorded for 20 double-header games and an end-of season playoff. $750 entry fee.
