Playing a sport is the perfect way to relieve stress. We offer programs and leagues year-round for adults. You and your friends can register as a team or try our new free agent registration! For more information on any of these adult offerings, please call 651-450-2585.

Adult Programs & Sports

Fall

  • Pickleball Instruction: Sept. 13-Oct. 4
  • Swim Stroke Clinic: Sept.-Oct. 30 and Nov. 13-Dec. 18
  • Basic First Aid & CPR: Sept. 11 (ages 13+) – Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

    Become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding for pools and water parks, and First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard.

Adult Leagues

Fall

  • Pickleball- a fun, semi-competitive league for teams of two players. Gold or Silver divisions. League begins Oct. 9 - call 651-450-2480.
  • E-Sports Leagues (Ages 8+): October-December
    • Fortnite
    • Rocket League
    • Ea Madden
    • Super Smash Bros
  • Women's Volleyball - Sept. 21-late Nov. League is not officiated; standings recorded. Single elimination playoffs. Fall Reg opens on Aug. 16.
  • Co-Rec Volleyball - Sept. 16-late Nov. Two levels of play; not officiated; standings recorded. Single elimination playoffs. Fall Reg opens on Aug. 16.

Winter/Spring 2021-22

  • E-Sports Leagues
  • Broomball
  • Women's Volleyball - Jan. 11-mid-April. League not officiated; standings recorded. 16-18 games and double elimination playoffs. Winter reg opens Nov. 29.
  • Co-Rec Volleyball - Jan. 13-mid-April. Two levels of play; not officiated; standings recorded. Double elimination playoffs. Winter reg opens Nov. 29. 
  • Pickleball
  • Adult Softball- Three divisions. Officiated league; Standings recorded with an end-of-season playoff.
