More About the Park

The Community Center Park is located next to the Veterans Memorial Community Center (VMCC) at 8055 Barbara Avenue. The park is sure to show children of all ages a great time. The original playground was over 20 years old and replaced in spring of 2025. 

The new playground has elements the community asked for - bright colors, tall slides, and play areas for children ages 2-12. There's a climbing wall for kids ready to brave new heights and a swing set for infants and older children. A shaded picnic shelter with tables is a great spot for lunch or a gathering spot for parties and events. Learn more about renting the VMCC park shelter.
