Stop by the events to buy dinner or sweet treats from a variety of food trucks! Cash and cards are accepted by all food trucks.

Events will be held rain or shine. Our Weather Hot Line (651-450-2595) is the only place to get program and event updates based on weather. We strive to update it by 4:30 p.m. for evening activities.Food Truck 2021

PRIORITY REGISTRATON for Vendors opens Wednesday, March 10, 2021

  • Returning vendors have until Wednesday, March 24 to submit their application to be considered as a vendor for the July and August.

NEW/ALL VENDOR REGISTRATION opens Monday, March 29, 2021

  • Registration for both events closes Monday, May 17, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.

APPLICATION DECISION DATE

Applicants will be notified by email on Friday, May 21, 2021 for final decision ON BOTH EVENTS.

IMPORTANT ADDITOINAL NOTES: 

*Submission of the application does not guarantee participation in the event. 

Vendors are chosen with many factors considered to ensure a wide variety of food types are available and a successful vendor-to-guest ratio is met. Vendor space will be limited. Vendors will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by email and phone starting Friday, May 21, 2021.

PAYMENT: 

Is due at the time of acceptance into the event to confirm participation. All payments are non-refundable. 

To confirm participation, payment must be received by the City of Inver Grove Heights within 7 business days of the vendor receiving an acceptance offer. Payment can be paid by check or cash.

Payment varies by the number of 2021 events a vendor is accepted to confirms participation in:

1 event = $125, 2 events = $195

FORMS: 

All Forms MUST be turned in within one week of acceptance along with payment. Refer to pg. 5 on the Vendor Application for the Application Checklist.

EXPECTED NUMBER OF PEOPLE:
