You must reserve a spot to join these classes (FREE for members; Non-members pay $40 for first category and $20 for each additional category).

Types of Group Fitness Classes Offered

|These classes are on a set, short-term schedule and cost an additional fee to join, even for members. These classes are taught by a personal trainer or master instructor in groups of 6-12 participants. This is a budget-friendly alternative to personal training and a great way to build new relationships. Virtual classes are offered every two months, see below for link. |

A member of the fitness staff will set you up for success! Assess your goals. Discuss classes that will work for you, Receive a written program to follow. They can also teach you how to use our app or navigate our website for schedules. Call 651-554-3420 or register online.

Fitness Attendants on Duty
Fitness attendants are on duty to answer your questions and keep the fitness floor clean and safe. Attendants are available during specific hours each day.
Children in the Fitness Center
Youth ages 12–17 may use the fitness center upon completion of an orientation. Schedule an orientation by calling 651-450-2480 or online.
(FREE for VMCC Members whose children are included on the membership)
Childcare is available for infants and youth 6 months to 11 years of age for guests and members while they use the VMCC facilities. Each visit is for 1.5 hours long. View hours and rates.
Personal Training Special
Save 5% on packages of 5+ sessions (no code needed). Sessions must be used by March 31, 2024. Purchase sessions online.

Youth Sports Training
We also offer individual and team training including the following sports: dance, cross country, ice skating, track and field, volleyball, and baseball/softball.
