Specialty Classes are on a set, short-term schedule and cost an additional fee to join, even for members. These classes are taught by a personal trainer or master instructor in groups of 6-12 participants. This is a budget friendly alternative to personal training and a great way to build new relationships.

Complimentary Adult OrientationGet familiar with the fitness center and all the equipment. You must schedule an orientation by calling 651-450-2480 or online - search for Adult Orientation under Activities>Fitness.

Youth ages 12–17 may use the fitness center upon completion of an orientation. Schedule an orientation by calling 651-450-2480 or online - search for Teen Orientation under Activities>Fitness.

No time for a class, need some motivation? Hire a trainer to jump start your workouts! Sign-up for sessions now!

Youth Sports Training
We also offer individual and team training including the following sports: dance, cross country, ice skating, track and field, volleyball, and baseball/softball.
