Specialty Classes are on a set, short-term schedule and cost an additional fee to join, even for members. These classes are taught by a personal trainer or master instructor in groups of 6-12 participants. This is a budget friendly alternative to personal training and a great way to build new relationships. Use calendar below to check times and availability. Select 'Specialty Classes' under category. They are indicated with $ sign. Then register here.

Children in the Fitness Center
Kids ages 12–17 may use the fitness center upon completion of an orientation. Schedule an orientation by calling 651-450-2480 or online.
In-Person & Virtual Personal Training
No time for a class, need some motivation? Hire a trainer to jump start your workouts! Sign-up for sessions now!
Want a training buddy or need to train a small group? Check out our group training packages with options for 2-6 people per session.
Youth Sports Training
We also offer individual and team training including the following sports: dance, cross country, ice skating, track and field, volleyball, and baseball/softball.
