IGH Parks & Rec and our partner organizations offer a variety of sports programs and leagues for all ages and abilities throughout the year. Children learn the fundamentals while having fun. And every participant gets time to play!

Sports and Programs

Fall

Pre Swim Team Sept. 26-Nov. 14 ; Nov. 1-Dec. 21 (ages 8-14) –  Rule the pool, strengthen your swimming skills and learn new techniques in our pre-swim team practice.

Lifeguard Training: Oct. 19-21 (ages 15+) – Become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding for pools and water parks, and First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard.    

Basic First Aid & CPR: Oct. 29 (ages 13+) – Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. 

Winter 2022-23
