Pre-Swim Team: Rule the pool, strengthen your swimming skills and learn new techniques in our pre-swim team practice. This class offers swimmers age 8-14 (swim level 4 and above) the opportunity to explore what it is like to be on a swim team, learn from our coaches and work with your teammates to be your best!
Recreational Swim Team: This program is perfect for children interested in swim team and those looking to perfect strokes, increase endurance and get ready to compete! This 12-week course is taught in a fun and encouraging environment.
