World Tai Chi & Qigong Day Celebration at the VMCC
Saturday, April 29, 9:30-11 a.m. • VMCC, Community Room 3
Tai Chi and Qigong players, friends, family and the curious are welcome to attend this FREE event, which is celebrated around the world.
Participate in Tai Chi forms you’re familiar with, follow along with guided Qigong, and watch Tai Chi demonstrations with VMCC fitness center staff and instructors.
