Saturday, September 7: Disc Golf Tournament
North Valley Park - Disc golf course, 2800 70th St. E.
Grab your friends and family and join us for a tournament at North Valley Park! Register as a team of two the day of the event.
- Check-in: 1:30 p.m.
- Start: 2 p.m.
- Divisions:
- Ages 13-17
- Ages 18+: Recreational/novice
- Ages 18+: Advanced
- $10 per team (two people per team)

Saturday, September 7: Bike the Bridges
3 p.m., Swing Bridge Park, 4465 66th St. E.
Join us for a free family bike ride! Route starts at Swing Bridge Park and goes to the Wakota Bridge and back (about 5 miles). Bike King will offer free bike repairs and the IGH Fire Department will be on-site to offer first aid along the route. IGH Police will also be available. Participants will receive a free gift, beverage, and snack. Bring non-perishable food items to donate to the IGH Days food drive as well! Learn more about Bike the Bridges.
Sunday, September 8: Farmers Market
8 a.m.-1 p.m., Veterans Memorial Community Center - Parking lot, 8055 Barbara Ave
Shop for fresh and locally grown fruits, vegetables, seasoning, salsa, honey, flowers, and more at the St. Paul Farmers Market. Learn more about the St. Paul Farmers Market.
Sunday, September 8: Business Expo & Kids Court
11 a.m.-3 p.m., Cahill Ave between 65th and 70th St.
- Kids Court: Bring the kiddos for face painting, giant games, inflatables, laser tag, and more! All activities are free with the purchase of an IGH Days button.
- Business Expo: Discover local businesses, community groups, and a showcase of new vehicles available from local car dealerships.
