• Tuesday, October 7:
  • 10 a.m.: Landmark Tours Presentation
  • 1 p.m.: Wisdom & Wellness Sound Bath
• Wednesday, October 8: Mindful Movement Fitness Classes 
  • 8 a.m.: Chair Yoga & Guided Stretching
  • 9 a.m.: Drop-in Yoga in the Fitness Studio
  • 9 a.m.: Drop-in Silver Sneakers in the National Guard Gym
  • 10 a.m.: Tai Chi
  • 11 a.m.: Yin Yoga
  • Noon: Mental Reset Walk
• Thursday, October 9 at 11 a.m.: Connect, Moments that Matter, Dementia Friendly Activities
• Friday, October 19 at 10:10 a.m.: Bingo Celebration
