Fall Specialty Fitness Classes begin week of Oct. 29
Our specialty fitness classes offer unique ways to challenge yourself...all levels of fitness welcome!
The next session of these specialty classes begins the week of Oct. 29 and run through the end of December. Classes require a fee and registration. Register seven days prior to class start date to avoid a $5 late fee and save your spot!
Classes include:
- Mind/Body focus (Tai Chi, Qigong, Back to Balance)
- Moderate to High Intensity (Bootcamp, Boxing Camp, TRX Bell)
- Getting started with fitness (Food & Fitness, Walk with Ease, Strength Training)
- Class designed for 8-14 year olds (Instafit)
- Aqua (Stand-up Paddleboard)
