2025 Music Performer Application - Food Fest Events

    Inver Grove Heights Parks and Recreation is excited to host two Food Fest Events this summer! We are seeking live music performers to bring energy and entertainment to our community events. If you’re interested in performing, please review the event details below and complete the application.

    Event Description:

    Join us for these fun-tastic annual events! Enjoy a variety of delicious food and beverages from 10+ local food vendors at Rich Valley. We’ll have live music entertainment, family-friendly activities, and adult beverages available for purchase. The events are free to attend, but food trucks will charge for their menu items. This is a rain-or-shine event.

    Event Details:

    • Food Fest Event #1: Thursday, July 17, 4 to 8 pm
    • Food Fest Event #2: Friday, August 15, 4 to 8 pm.
    • Location: Rich Valley Athletic Complex Parking Lot, 1841 105th St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077
    • Event Demographic: Family-friendly audience

    Performer Requirements & Compensation:

    • Performance Location: Parking lot area (asphalt surface), no staging provided.
    • Performer Equipment: All sound equipment, extension cords, and setup materials are the responsibility of the performer.
    • Power Information: One power box is available on-site with a 20-amp circuit.
    • Performer Payment: A maximum of $1,500 per event is available to compensate performers.

    Application Deadline:

    All applications must be submitted by Friday, May 16, 2025, for consideration.

    The maximum compensation for performers is $1,500 per event. Does this fee align with your expectations?

  9. I understand that performer selections will be made in late May, and I will be contacted via email regarding my application status.*
  10. If selected, this photo will be used for Music in the Park promotions.
