2026 Rich Valley Baseball/Softball Tournament Request Form

  1. Scheduling Priority / Reservation Timeline

    Tournaments shall be assigned according to the following priority system.

    Any remaining tournament weekends will be reserved on a first come/first served basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee availability. Final scheduling is subject to field availability, maintenance schedules, and City needs.

    Tournament Reservation Process

    1. Rich Valley Tournament Request Form must be submitted and approved before any official permit regarding field reservation is administered.
      1. Rental Applications must be submitted online and can be found on the city's website or by contacting the parks and recreation office.
      2. Tournament requests must include dates, times, field(s), and number of games for each day, etc.
    2. The City of Inver Grove Heights will process tournament requests according to the above priority and contact the potential renter via email with accepted tournament dates and additional information.

    Tournament Accepted Process

    If the tournament is accepted by the Rental Coordinator, the user will complete the following steps:

    1. Respond via email accepting the tournament within 72 hours. If the tournament is not accepted within that timeframe, tournament dates will be passed onto the next user.
    2. Once a user accepts the tournament date, the user will provide all required documentation prior to the tournament: COI, Athletic Field Rental Agreement, and Rich Valley Tournament Field Prep Form (due 14 days before the tournament).
    3. All facility rental fees must be paid prior to the start of the tournament.
