Ghostly Gathering Vendor Reservation Form 2025

  1. Participate in our community event by joining the Trick-or-Treat Trail. This is a great opportunity to hand out candy while promoting your business.

    5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
    VMCC National Guard Gymnasium (This is an inside event.)

    Once the form is submitted, Recreation Coordinator Rachel Longfellow will reach out with the next steps.

  4. A payment of $25 is required to participate in the Ghostly Gathering Trick-or-Treating. If you are interested in participating, we will need this form along with payment by Monday, October 20. Sign up early, as we have limited space.

  5. Method of Payment*

    Our Guest Services Specialist, Terry, will be reaching out to you to collect payment. If you’d prefer to contact her directly, she can be reached at 651-450-2586.

  6. Vendor Information
    • Set-up will be available starting at 4:30 p.m. on October 24. All areas must be fully ready by 5:15 p.m.
    • Reservation fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
    • The City will provide one table and two chairs for each reservation.
    • Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee participation in the event.
    • Please come prepared to hand out candy and/or trinkets to up to 250 participants.
    • Don’t forget to bring a tablecloth with your business name/logo to decorate your table.
