    Basic Information:

    • Availability: 
      • Summer (through Labor Day): 5:15-7:15 p.m.
      • Fall (after Labor Day): 6:15-8:15 p.m.
    • Includes:
      • Exclusive use of the water park for 2 hours
      • 1 aquatic manager
      • 1 pool attendant
      • 2 lifeguards
      • 1 manager on duty

    Baseline Fee

    • Up to 50 guests:
      • Resident: $600 + tax
      • Non-resident: $640 + tax

    Large Groups
    See additional fees below for groups larger than 50 guests. Fees are based on one lifeguard per 25 swimmers.

    • 51-74 guests: + $50/hour + tax
    • 75-99 guests: + $100/hour + tax
    • 100-150 guests: + $150/hour + tax

    Optional Add Ons

    • Lap pool & dive well - ask staff for pricing
    • Extra hour (extends rental until 8:15 p.m.); must be added at least 30 days before your event to arrange staffing

    Other Fees

    • Cancellation fee: If you cancel at least seven business days before your event, we'll give you a full refund minus an administrative fee equal to 15% of the sum of the initial rental and security deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within seven business days of your event. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the designated rental coordinator.

    Things to Know:

    • All fees are subject to adult/youth ratio requirements and you may be charged additional fees based on staffing needs
    • All guests entering the pool area must be included in your headcount and paid for (this includes non-swimming guests)
